How to Utilize the Gifts Page

Our new Gifts page will allow users to manage and view their gifts more efficiently than ever before! Users will be able to see any gifts that they have access to on the platform. 

This article will cover the different components of the page and how to utilize them. 


Columns:

  • Recipient - Name of the recipient and date the gift was created
  • Company - Company of the Recipient
  • Gift - Name of gift that was sent or gift that was claimed
  • Campaign - Name of the campaign the gift was sent from 
  • Team - The team the gift was sent from

Filters:

  • Search Gifts - Search keywords that are related to the product that was sent to the recipient
  • Send By -  Select one or multiple sent by names to filter by
  • Teams - Select one or multiple teams to filter by 
  • Campaigns - Select one or multiple campaigns to filter by
  • Viewing - Changed the selected date range or create a custom date range

Advanced Filters

  • Send As - Select one or multiple send-as names to filter by
  • Expire Days - Select a shorter window of expiration days to filter by
  • Recipient Name or Email - Search for a recipient by an exact match on their name or email
  • Gift Recipient Country - Select one or multiple recipient countries to filter by

Gift Status:

  • Ready to Send - Gifts that are in draft mode and can be completed by clicking “Send Gift” from this view
  • Sent - Gifts that have been sent and are now yet viewed
  • Viewed - Gifts that have been sent and viewed but not yet claimed
  • Accepted - Gifts that have been claimed and finalized
  • Expired - Gifts that have passed their expiration date and are currently expired

Bulk Actions:

  • Expire - This will move any selected gifts to an expired status, and the recipient will not be able to take any further action on the gift. This can only be done with active gifts
  • Unexpire - This will move any selected gifts to active status, and the recipient will be able to take action on the gift. That can only be done with expired gifts
  • Disable - This will move any selected gifts to a disabled status and will not be able to be sent after. This can only be done with gifts that have not yet been sent
