What is Alyce?

Alyce is a Personal Experience Platform. Or, in regular language, we're the software company that lets businesses send gifts to people they work with or want to work with. Instead of sending you another packet of 1 large T-Shirt, 3 stickers, 1 water bottle, and a pair of one-size-fits-most socks (ugh), we help gift-givers find the perfect gift, matched to the recipient's interests 🤗

How does Alyce use and store my information?

We access your public social profiles (usually LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and/or Pinterest.) We use only the name, email, and company details provided to us by our customers. If you do not want to be contacted, clicking the unsubscribe link will immediately end all automated contact from Alyce. For personal information (PI) removal requests, please contact support@alyce.com directly. You can also view our Privacy Policy here.

Can you ship to my country?

We offer gifts for most countries. If you see a message that a particular item is not available to ship to your location, click the "Exchange gift" button to search for an alternative. If you don't see your country in the marketplace, please reach out to your gift sender for assistance.

Who pays for this?

Alyce is a software service that is purchased by our company partners. As the gift recipient, you do not pay for Alyce's gifts or shipping.

I have a problem with my gift. How do I get help?

If I exchange my gift, does the gifter get notified?

Yes, senders need to approve the new options chosen in order to keep an internal record of what they send. But don't worry, from the moment they send you the gift, they know perfectly well that this can happen, and that is why they enable the exchange option.

The people who make Alyce live all over the globe. Our company is headquartered in Boston.

Can I send a gift using Alyce?

Is there a tracking number for my gift?

Since we work with thousands of merchant partners, we are unable to provide tracking details for each gift. If you need to track a gift, we may be able to obtain details on request. Please chat with us or email support@alyce.com for assistance.
