Recipients: What to do if You Don't Receive Your Gift

Not sure where your gift is? Check the steps below: 

First, have you accepted your gift? Even if you've received an email or a box saying that someone has sent you a gift, you still have to accept the gift via the landing page to receive it. 

  1. Check your inbox for the gift email
  2. Click the "View your gift" button 

  3. Follow the prompts to Accept, Exchange or Donate your gift, including your shipping address and product size/color, if applicable. 
  4. Confirm your details to finalize the gift  

Gift Cards

Alyce offers three types of gift cards. These will arrive at different times, depending on the type you've selected.

Instant Gift Cards - You will see a link to receive an instant code. You may need to go ahead and navigate to a new tab to view this code. If the page does not open, try copying the link and opening it in a different browser. Remember to visit our helpful article How to redeem a gift card for more information.

Emailed Gift Cards - These require a little human effort. If you see the message "Your gift from ____ has been ordered and will arrive at the email address provided below," please give our Purchasing team 1 business day to get this to your email address.

Note: We have found that Gmail and Outlook servers, in particular, tend to send gift card emails from our merchant partners to Spam/Junk folders. Please be sure to check these places before contacting Support.

Physical Gift Cards - these are less common in our platform, but you will receive an email that the card is shipping to your mailing address.

Physical Gifts

Once you have entered your address for the delivery of your gift, please note that gifts usually arrive within 5 - 7 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

 

If you are one of the recipients who has received a branded gift from a particular company or swag gift, because they are gifts that involve more detail in their realization, the delivery time is usually 3 to 4 weeks approximately. We love details in Alyce, and we want you to receive your gift in the best possible way. We appreciate your patience!

Experience Gifts

If you choose an experience gift, we will send you a confirmation message once it is ordered, and it will arrive via a link within 1 to two business days to the email address provided. Please be sure to check your spam folder, as it sometimes lands there.

 

Note: Once you receive the link to your experience gift, you will be able to see the steps to follow to book a date and enjoy your experience!

It's Not a Gift Until it's Received
