Why change the owner of a campaign?
- If the current owner is taking a vacation
- If the current owner is changing roles
- If there is a new objective owner for a campaign
As a team admin, transferring ownership of any campaign is simple in the campaign settings.
How to Change Ownership of a Campaign:
Start by clicking on “Campaigns” from the top menu bar. Select the campaign you’d like to transfer ownership of. You can use the search bar to type in your campaign’s name.
Scroll down to “Campaign owner” and click “Change.”
Under “Who should be the campaign owner?” click the dropdown menu - all team admins should be listed. Select the user you want to manage the campaign. Click “Save."
The campaign is now owned by the selected user. If email notifications are configured to send to the campaign owner, the newly selected user will begin receiving email notifications. To change this setting, scroll down the settings page to "Email notifications." Adjust the emails you want to have sent, and save.
