If you are redeeming a Gift Card received through the Alyce platform, you may be asked to provide additional verification in the form of entering a code sent to your email address:

  • Please check your spam folder if you are still waiting to receive the verification code in your inbox.
  • If the email is not in your spam folder...
    • ...please add supportnoreply@alyce.com to your email contacts...
    • ...then click to resend the code.
